Turkey Trip Planners is a travel agent branch of Anatolia Line, operating under ANATOLIA LINE PREGO TOURS TRAVEL, TÜRSAB licence no. 13088.
Using our website
Use turkeytripplanners.com lawfully and provide accurate contact and traveller details. Keep account credentials private. Do not submit harmful files, fraudulent enquiries or content that infringes another person's rights.
Travel services and confirmations
Tour descriptions explain the intended service. Availability, the final itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, supplier identity, total price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions are confirmed in writing before payment. Submitting an enquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not by itself confirm availability or a paid reservation.
Responsibilities
Check passport, visa, entry and health requirements before travel. Tell us about accessibility requirements or essential assistance before booking so availability can be checked. Images are illustrative; material changes will be communicated. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by law, including when arranging services supplied by others.
Content, changes and disputes
Website content is for personal travel planning; commercial reuse requires permission. New website terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights under an existing booking. Contact us first with your booking reference to resolve a concern. Mandatory Turkish consumer rights and access to competent consumer arbitration bodies and courts remain unaffected.
