How to cancel or change a booking
Email us with your booking reference, traveller name and requested change. Keep your dated request. We confirm receipt and explain the applicable calculation in writing. This policy does not create an automatic free-cancellation period for every travel service.
Package tours
Where the Turkish Package Tour Contracts Regulation applies, cancellation at least 30 days before departure permits a refund without deductions except mandatory taxes, duties and similar legal costs. Within 30 days, deductions must be stated in the package contract. For an unavoidable, unforeseeable event or force majeure covered by that regulation, only mandatory legal costs and documented, non-refundable third-party payments may be deducted. Applicable refunds are made within 14 days of notice.
Other services and supplier cancellations
Standalone hotels, day tours, transfers, flights and activities follow the specific cancellation, no-show and change conditions disclosed before payment, subject to mandatory law. Do not assume the package-tour rules apply to every individual service. If we cancel a package before departure or materially change it for reasons not attributable to you, statutory rights to alternatives or withdrawal and refund remain available. Weather-related cancellations are assessed under the booked service conditions and applicable law.
Refund handling
We provide the refundable amount and any justified deductions in writing. Refunds normally return to the original payer through the original payment method; bank processing may take additional time without extending our legal obligations. No blanket non-refundable label overrides statutory rights.
