Before you book
Send your preferred dates, number of travellers and service requirements. Our team checks availability and sends a written offer stating the itinerary, accommodation or service category, inclusions, exclusions, total price and currency. Disclose special requirements before accepting the offer.
Confirmation and payment
Your written confirmation identifies the service provider, booking reference, deposit or advance payment if required, remaining balance, due dates and permitted payment methods. No universal deposit percentage applies to every service. An unpaid enquiry or automatic website message is not proof of a confirmed reservation. Pay only after receiving the final terms and payment instructions from our official contact channels.
Safe payment
Use only the account or secure payment channel identified in your confirmation. Verify any request to change bank details by calling our published number. Never send card numbers, security codes or passwords through the contact form, email or messaging apps. Any currency conversion or payment-provider fee must be explained before payment. Keep your receipt and booking reference.
Changes and missing payments
Changes depend on availability and any costs disclosed for the chosen service. Contact us if a payment may be late. Any cancellation for non-payment must follow the agreed written conditions and applicable law. Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights prevail.
